Elizabeth is passionate about the health and well-being of girls and women everywhere. She is the creator of classes, workshops and celebratory gatherings known as the Goddess Party, WomanMind, Girls of Power, Soaring Beauty and the Goddessy Odyssey.
Elizabeth believes that women tap into their amazing feminine spirit, inner power and divine beauty in the presence of other women and she is dedicated to sharing this experience with women all over the world.
Elizabeth's classes and workshops inspire and support women in reclaiming their personal magic and remembering who they truly are. Her clientele experience a renewed sense of wholeness and empowerment as they step forward in their lives and become the women they want to be. Elizabeth’s work includes: creating rituals, ceremonies, exercises, crafts, movement and conversations that help to stretch a woman’s view of herself as she moves through self-imposed limitations, builds self-esteem and releases stuck energy patterns including old worn-out beliefs about who she is supposed to be.
Elizabeth’s latest endeavor is working with girls. During her many years of facilitating womens empowerment experiences, Elizabeth discovered that we as women needed to start younger, teaching our girls about the beauty and power of being a woman. Elizabeth created ‘Girls of Power’ in 2006, as a way to encourage and support girls ages 11 and older. Girls of Power is based on the belief that Girls are the future of this planet - their minds, bodies and spirits are akin to the well-being of the earth itself, and therefore, their emotional, physical and mental health must be nurtured, supported and guarded as vital, sacred and precious to us all. Girls of Power provides a safe and fun environment for the voices of our girls to be heard and affirmed as unique contributors of the sisterhood of woman as well as valuable members of the human race.
Elizabeth has 20 years of experience as a Natural Health Consultant (NHC) and Teacher of Women’s Wellness. She is available for private sessions, group work, classes, lectures and workshops.
